SEALL REALTY COMPANY opened its office in May 2002 and was the combined efforts of Joe and Jan Seall.  Joe Seall was a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and a licensed Real Estate Broker.  Mr. Seall died of cancer October 2006.  Jan Seall, his wife and business partner, now owns and operates the business. Jan is a licensed GRI Real Estate Broker and has many years prior experience in the legal profession and well as prior experience as a mortgage loan closer.

SEALL REALTY COMPANY is a small business located at 5199 Wilson Road, Summit MS  39666, which is located  in Amite County on the Pike/Amite County line off Enterprise Road on Seall Road (aka Wilson Road).  The business and Seall residence is located on property in the Seall family since the 1850’s, proudly serving Amite, Pike, Lincoln, Franklin and Walthall counties.

Services offered include the listing and selling of residential, commercial, land and investment property.
